Website Maintenance PlansView the Website Maintenance Packages that we offer to our customers & none customers alike. A Website Maintenance Plan gives you priority access to an agreed amount of time a month. You can choose to go for a Pay As You Go plan which starts from £40:00 for one hours work. The choice is yours!
NOTE - You may cancel a monthly or quarterly package at anytime, but please be aware that you need to cancel 48 hours prior to the next billing period. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice may incur another charge. In these cases, & provided the package website maintenance features have not been used since the last billing, then a full refund will be issued.
Clients whose sites are a Anvil Ecommerce store & also subscribe to a Monthly or Quarterly maintenance plan, this includes the installation of the Ecommerce software updaters. This DOES NOT reduce the number of hours maintenance you pay for in your chosen plan.
We charge two hours work, £80, for a website technical assessment before we start work on an existing website. This means a website that is currently live & has been created by a third party & you would like an assessment of that site.
This means that we are able to fully assess the website code & any logins, eg: admin / control panel as well as assess the structure & how the website has been put together. From there on, we can then provide you with an estimate for web design work & any ongoing maintenance recommendations.
Monthly website maintenance plans cost £95 per month.
Quarterly website maintenance plans cost £230 per quarter.
A monthly or quarterly maintenance plan gives you priority access to an agreed amount of time every month.
We also provide a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) maintenance plan which enables you to purchase a set block of our time. A basic block of PAYG time starts from one hour costing £40.00.
